There is something quite interesting in the Intel Core i7-2600K. Although lauched at high speed, there are no symptoms of overheating in this product.

Core i7-2600K or commonly known as one of the family of Sandy Bridge, a second generation of Intel Core family of processors i that occupy the highest position. However this product priced at a reasonable price, which is in the range of $ 300.

Judging from the specifications adopted, this product certainly brings a lot of improvement. For example, integrated with the Graphic Processing Unit (GPU) that supposedly can improve system performance. Well when did video transcoding, or simply watch servings High Definition (HD).

Also there is another feature called Intel Quick Sync Video that could indeed designed to improve the quality of rendering this processor. However, the feature is not active when the user wearing an additional graphics card AMD Radeon or Nvidia GeForce.

By default the Intel Core i7-2600K run fast enough, that is 3.4 GHz and can be automatically increased up to 3.8 GHz. so if you feel not enough, this product can be overclocked easily. Congenital capital only cooling, it can touch the processor speed 4 GHz.

In 3DMark 06, the score achieved by the CPU Core i7 reaches 6681-2600K. Superior to the Core i7 965 which only got 5670. For the record, the Core i7 965 has 4 cores (8 threads), 3.2 Ghz, and have used triple-channel.

From these results already visible, if the performance per core at the Sandy Bridge architecture is fairly good, fairly decent prices apply.

In addition to the 3DMark 06, a similar result was also obtained on other tests such as Cinebench, 3DMark Vantage, and PC Mark Vantage.
