Many businesses now use computer networks for a variety of reasons. And many of these make use of Virtual Private Network's, or as it is also known, VPN. VPN makes it possible for businesses to use their computer networks remotely, either at other offices, from home or elsewhere.

With VPN Server's the network is routed through the internet and users can be connected together and connected to the network. It uses virtual connections routed through the internet from the company's private network to the remote site, such as another office, or to the remote user, either to their home computer or laptop. This means that employees do not necessarily have to be in the office to be able to work.
