Does your gadget Light Health Threatening?

Believe it or not, humans increasingly depend on technology as more devices and home electronic equipment respectively. Call it in one room could have televisions, chargers, lights, dvd player, media player, ac, computers, laptops, mini refrigerator, UPS, dry cabinet, and other electronic devices.

Of all these devices, the average users just turn off in standby status lights that let the light when not in use, even when we're sleeping though. The status light can vary, ranging from red, green, and blue.

 

Even when the lights turned off all, the state rooms is not really dark because there is still a light that might still allow us to read the book. But do you know if the fact that light, though not so bright is not good.

Light at night can actually make depression and overweight. Ohio State University have tested it even with the lights dim when the bed is still might lead to depression, increasing the likelihood of breast cancer. The reason is simple, our bodies produce cancer-fighting hormone (melatonin) while sleeping, but this process can be disrupted if the room is not really dark.

Even according to the researchers, colored light contains more toxins than white light. Unfortunately it seems almost every aspect of today is very dependent on the LED light. One LED light in one gadget may be no big deal, but when it comes to many devices and are found in every place like a bedroom, home, office, car, and wherever we go. This all can be dangerous to health.

The point is, the human body is designed to sleep in total darkness and all light that is in our room when sleeping at night can be harmful to health.
Do we have to sleep in total darkness? What about the producers of gadgets, whether they should get rid of the status indicator light is not so important?
