Sony threatens to take legal action to Whoever PS3 Jailbreak

After winning the case to hack the PS3 game console in the arena of the courts (through legal channels), Sony is now taking the next step. Japanese electronics manufacturer is now threatening to sue anyone who is found to distribute / post the jailbreak code for the popular gaming console.

Sony is reportedly even asked the prosecutor to tell Google to hand over IP addresses and other information about the person who opened and provide comments on jailbreak video circulating on YouTube.
Twitter was also not separated from the related targets for the same reason.

Sony will use the information to the attention of the division sent a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Ac) for those users who share or use a software jailbreak for the PS3 to be dealt with legally. Requests Sony is scheduled to be known results on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, George Hotz, or commonly known as Geohot, who first jailbreak Sony PS3 has removed the video from YouTube and his personal website, in accordance with court orders.
Geohot jailbreak code posted earlier for the PlayStation 3 on YouTube for users to play pirated games or games that were injected into the disk.

Geohot argued that he did not intend to use it as an act of piracy, but it's designed to reduce the time bootleg loading a game. What about the PS3 in Indonesia? It seems for now the issue of hack / jailbreak the Sony PS3 is still quiet.
